minimum of 8 glasses of water per day, but preferably much more than that depending on how strenuous and intense your
daily workout is.

Another important aspect is to make you only consume clean, healthy and preferably a large portion of organic food. Stay
completely away from high calorie, high fat processed foods of all kinds. Make sure you get in the habit of researching the
foods you eat and reading labels on packaged foods. It’s ok to indulge in other foods that may not be your first healthy choice occasionally, but make sure you only do it in moderation. If you adopt the clean diet and nutrition tips for women on a daily
basis combined with a good daily exercise routine you will be looking and feeling better than you ever have in no time at all.
