I know from experience, how frustrating it can be to be overweight. I found that by cutting out the high calorie, high fat
foods and changing to a low calorie, low fat diet combined with moderate exercise that I am comfortable with has worked for me. One technique I use, is that if I want lose a few extra pounds quickly, I only need to add a small amount of additional
exercise to my daily routine and the extra pounds just fall off.
