Congratulations on turning 50 or more. For some if not most men 50 years or more, it comes as no surprise that it seems
far too easy to gain the weight especially in the waist area and much more difficult to try and lose it. It’s not really all your
fault. As we get older, our muscle mass is prone to decline and our ability to burn calories is also lower than when we were
younger.

If that isn’t bad enough, testosterone levels also decline, sometimes resulting in your weight increasing drastically. As bad as this may be at times, with proper knowledge, attitude and determination, you are able to burn the calories and lose the fat
with a sensible, regular exercise routine.
